One-syllable 'strong' boys name please

Can't find a boys name we like. Love fairly traditional names and am keen to have something 'strong' like Jack, Ben or Mark. Not keen on others like Paul, Rob, John, or on shortened versions like Matt, Pete or Tim. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I love Seth as well

Did quite like Ben for a long time, but have gone off it recently. Mark coming into the running for me, but DH not keen on it. James could be a grower... It's so hard picking names, such a responsibility!

Keep going folks, this is great! You haven't yet hit on one that totally grabs me and makes me think 'that's the one!', but some lovely suggestions that I will run past DH.

No one has suggested my DS's fantastic one syllable strong sounding name! That's good as I don't want loads of them running about. It rhymes with one of the names here though Grin
