We're having another girl in September. Already have a Grace Elizabeth. Really stuck for another girl's name as we don't like any!
Pretty set on Catherine (nn Kitty) but would it be weird to have June as a mn? Not a family name or anything, we just like it.

I like it. Don't know why it would be weird? Nice name. If time of year thing people use may all the time.

Thanks, tricksy! Yes, it's just the time of year thing. Wasn't sure what people would think so throwing it open to the MN jury!

It's a name that happens to be a month and a month that happens to be a name!

Can't see the problem myself!

It would be weird I think. Most June's, Avril's (April) etc are born in the month they're named after.
January Jones. Haven't checked her birthday but wouldn't be surprised if she was boon in January.

LittleMissLucy · 01/06/2013 01:34

that would be born, not boon, sorry.

June would be fine any time of year IMO as it is a well established name, like May.
