I wouldn't choose any myself, but why one do YOU like best? Smile

bigbluebump · 24/05/2013 14:18

sorry, which (not why)

Hassled · 24/05/2013 14:18

I'm on the fence re the matching consonant thing - Fred Flinstone, Bob Builder etc. It can work really well and it can sound a bit much.

Assuming you like it - Finn or Flynn are nicer than Max or Riley. Riley I probably like least.

pygmy · 24/05/2013 14:27

Finn (but I'm biased; I have a lovely 11 year old one).

Max is nice too but not keen on Riley or Flynn as they are more surnames in my mind.

ilovemykids5 · 24/05/2013 14:38

I do like Finn the most but wasnt sure about having the same letter for First and last names

I prefer Flynn to Finn but not with an F surname. Don't like Riley at all. Which leaves me with Max which is fine, nice name.

Bowlersarm · 24/05/2013 14:48

Finn.
Don't like Riley.
Others are ok if you have to use one.

poppydaisy · 24/05/2013 14:49

I'm not keen on any, but would choose Flynn if I had to. Although I'm not sure about the F.F. initials...

Elquota · 24/05/2013 14:57

Max, definitely.

Onesleeptillwembley · 24/05/2013 15:00

Don't like any, to be honest. Just not my style of name.

Lebkuchenlover · 24/05/2013 15:18

I don't really like any, sorry.

StrawberryMojito · 24/05/2013 15:23

I really like Finn. However Finn Flannagan or Finnegan would be too much. Finn Flaherty is also a mouthful. That is all the Irish F 3 syllable surnames I know.

Basically, go with Max, my second favourite.

MsJupiterJones · 24/05/2013 15:23

Finn is a lovely name. Unless your surname is Finnegan which might be a bit much! I like alliterative names though.

I like Flynn too, not so keen on Max or Riley.
