I love the name Hayley (I'd spell it with a y), it's pretty with a nice meaning and is underused. May is lovely too, though very popular as a middle name.

For some reason makes me think of Holy Moly.

But, its a name with no obvious problems, its inoffensive, not too popular, doesn't have really obvious connections with anyone or anything so I think if its to your taste then you should go with it.

I'd say it falls into the pleasant category.
