Yes I know it's a herb

I think it's a bit of an ugly/harsh sounding word. I know a Sorrel which sounds much better - possibly because it's more than one syllable.

Unlike sorrel as well!!

I like it Smile

I really like it, and Sorrel too. Sophie Kinsella used Sage Seymour as the name of a Hollywood movie star in one of her 'Shopaholic' books. I think it's a bit edgy, but not weird. I also like Scout!

Girl or boy? Makes me think of Sage Stallone.

Not a good name if you have anything to do with France / French: for a kid, it means well-behaved, verging on goody-two-shoes.

Rhubarbgarden · 28/04/2013 10:57

It means wise old man. No.

TwoTearsInABucket · 28/04/2013 11:16

its an accountancy company isn't it?

lljkk · 28/04/2013 11:25

Thumbs up.

insancerre · 28/04/2013 11:26

you know they will get called saggy at school dont you?

DonkeysDontRideBicycles · 28/04/2013 12:05

Quite out there and is it an accountancy package but could grow on me (no pun intended).

Sorrel puts me in mind of sorrow.

FingersCrossedLegsNot · 28/04/2013 12:07

I like it

ALittleBitOfMagic · 28/04/2013 12:09

Pinks baby is called Willow Sage.

fussychica · 28/04/2013 16:40

Not for me I'm afraid - ok as a mn but prefer Angelica, Sorrel or Rosemary from the herbs.

Caladria · 28/04/2013 16:47
