We're considering names for dc3, so far possibles include Bethany, Jessica, Isobel/Isabelle, Rosie, Erin or Charlotte. To go with dds Lucy and Georgia. Which sounds best do you think? Or any other suggestions? Thanks!

Charlotte, Erin or Isabelle would be my favourites from your list and sound best with your other DDs' names to my ears I think, for no other reason than I wouldn't have 2 of the 3 of them with EEEE or AAAHH sounding endings and the third be different iykwim. Does that sound random? Either way, they are all very pretty, classic, feminine names. Just lovely! Do you also like any of the following...

Violet
Carys (pronounced Car-is)
Rose
Elin
Annabelle
Bethan
Elizabeth
Tess
Catherine

Asked DH and he said 'Charlotte maybe, Isobel maybe'... I always like to ask him as i tend to be quite...creative with my name choices hehe. He's more sensible so i thought he might offer a good perspective! Congrats on number 3!!

You have my name, my sister's and the name I would have given DS1 if he was a girl there! (Charlotte, Erin and Rosie!). They are my favourites Grin

I know so many Isabel/ Isobel/ Isabelles that I wouldn't use it even though its a lovely name.

Cookethenook · 25/03/2013 14:03

Love Rosie. SIL is Rosie and she just has the most wonderful personality that fits her name. I like Erin too. Beth is ok. Really don't like Bethany though (sorry!)

ElegantSufficiency · 25/03/2013 14:07

Dont like erin.
bethany from your list. annabel from the second list . georgia lucy and bethany/ annabel. erin wouldnt work with old fashioned classic names.

ElegantSufficiency · 25/03/2013 14:08

I like Rosemary too / rosie

DessieLou · 27/03/2013 05:51

All nice but if I had to chose I would go for Bethany. :-)

Eskino · 27/03/2013 05:56

Prefer Bethan to Bethany and Rosa to Rosie.

Isabelle is my favourite and sounds lovely with her sisters names.

Agree Bethan would go well, next I'd pick Erin, which is sweet and I haven't heard much of for ages, (makes secret note and plans to use it liberally if opportunity occurs on these threads).
