Ted and Kit ...

Like them but don't like Edward, Theodore or Christopher
Can they be short for anything else?
Could you use them on their own?

Ted - Edgar, Edmund or Edwin?

Kit - Christian?

Teddington?

Kitchener?

Why not just as names in their own right?

Kester for Kit?
Any 'Ed' name for Ted-I love Edward and Theodore though :)

Just use Ted and Kit. Can't see the problem with having a shorter name.
