Aoife - only a distant Irish connection

But I love the name!

Does it matter?

I am half Welsh but don't love any Welsh names, and Aoife is the only girls name on my list (ttc dc2).

It is a very beautiful name. Personally I would use it despite the lack of Irish connection Smile
