i have a 1 year old called Isabelle Emma already i am pregnant with baby number 2. Don't know the sex yet but we have chosen our names and just wanted to know what you guys thought :)
boy: Myles Adam
girl: Faye Linda
i am not a great fan of the name Linda but it will be after my partner's mum as she has done soo much for us and all round is just the most amazing woman :) so really wanted to include her in the name xx

I don't love them but also don't hate them (apart from Linda which is not nice but you've explained why you're having that).

What aout Belinda instead of Linda. Linda is pretty if you really listen to it, but I think Belinda will come back into fashion sooner. Isabelle and Belinda kind of tail each other though!

Like Miles with an 'i', don't like Faye I'm afraid. Love Adam and Linda is excusable under the circumstances!

I always feel sorry for kids with duff middle names after family members. My poor nephews got about 4 middle after various dead relatives all with awful names. Cant you show your appreciation in another way than inflicting Linda on a little baby?! I bet she doesn't even like her name. I adote my mum but shed have killed me if id called my daughter Jane. Everyone deserves their own name in their own right. xx

Myles lovely spelt MILES & goes nicely with Isabelle.

Nothing wrong with Faye although not my cup of the and goes nicely with Isabelle too.

Faye is ok but not for me, it seems more middle name material, maybe because it's so short compared to Isabelle.

I would incorporate Linda but not use it as is eg Belinda Faye or Rosalind Faye.

Ooh yes, Rosalind is much prettier and you can still tell MIL you've named baby after her.

we already told MIL that the middle name is Linda and she seemed so happy. it was my partners idea to have Linda and i agreed because of everything she has done. i really like the name Faye. i love Amelia but partner doesn't :( don't want charlotte as way too many friends called that haha and not keen on eleanor as it's shortened to ellie a lot and best friend has an ellie-mai and loads of babies called ella at the mo. just too common for me. we wanted names that arn't common. Faye Rosalind would be an option for me but can't see partner agreeing :-/ xx

I really dislike Faye. To be its a very 70s name and its neither timeless nor classless like your other daighter's name which is lovely. I understand why you are using Linda and I think it's lovely to honour MiL but Faye Linda is just 70s awful.

well i am still set on myles but have actually decided to spell it miles now as realised the y made it look quite girly. i have really gone off faye now much to partners disappointment and instead of linda middle name will be lin as nothing goes with linda at all! thought lin may be a bit easier...problem is cant find a name i like :( any suggestions? pretty but not common please :)
