Vincent. It's more masculine which I like in a male name.

It's definitely more memorable.

I know a Vincent who is both handsome and intelligent.

Vincent is more unique and therefore more memorable but I'm not keen on it and I really dislike the inevitable Vince.

Vincent reminds me of the lion person who lived in the sewers in the beauty and the beast programme. Its one of those names I like but wouldn't give to a child.

I like Alex a lot.

Not Vincent. Couldn't stand people shortening it to Vince. Plus only boy I ever knew called Vincent was a weedy little kid who I don't think ever brushed his teeth!

Vincent is great and underused.

Alex - I always think of it as a girls name initially even though I know it can be for boys too. No so keen on it for that reason. Plus used much more often.

I also like Victor.
