Is Alexander (to be shortened to Zander) Xavier too much of a mouthful?

We also like Theodore David/William/Albert

I liked Harrison William but then Harry is like the no 1 most popular name at the moment

Both of us have two middle names but i think if you have a long first name we think maybe it'll be too much.

For a girl we like Martha Emily Esme.

What do you think?

Alexander David is really nice. Friends of mine shorten to Xander so you could do that and that scratches your 'X' itch. (I had one too, really wanted to name dd2 Xenia but Dh said no - we did a Z name!)

I am not a fan of three names unless they are family related but all the girls names are lovely.

I know a Harrison and a Harris neither are shortened to Harry (Harrison sometimes gets called Harris)

I'd ditch the Xavier and go with any of the others either after Alexander or Harris/on

DO NOT choose Theodore William Albert, if your surname starts with "T" !!!!!!

read initials.....Grin

One hardly ever says middle names. They are meant to be a mouthful. As long as they don't sound utterly ludicrous, perhaps have some significance, and are names you like, they're good.

I like Alexander however it is shortened.
