Or Eirlys or Eirwen (Welsh)

Polyethyl · 18/01/2013 15:04

Eira
Which was my Grandmother's name. And is the Welsh for Snow.

I'm currently 39 weeks, with a girl - so my mother's longing for me to pop NOW, in order that the babe has to be named Eira. (My father's not so keen though - this naming suggestion has let the cat out of the bag how much he disliked his Mother in Law!)

Wow I never knew there were so many genuine snowy names! ''Poly'' I love Eira you should go for it, maybe the snow is a sign that its the right name!
