Are we discussing the people or just their names?

Graceparkhill · 13/01/2013 17:26

Everyone was called Karen or Linda or Susan or Anne Marie.

Oh- Angela was popular too. This was Scotland in the 1960s and 70s.

I honestly don't think we gave names a second thought.

The boys were Gordon or Iain or David and all had nicknames based on their surnames.

I was named after an Aunty and my sister after the midwife !
