Or neither? Middle name would be James.

Isaac is lovely

flopsy1974 · 30/12/2012 22:24

Isaac without a doubt. Lovely name Smile

EmpireBiscuit · 30/12/2012 22:26

Thank you for that - I really love the name but my mum made a face when I mentioned it. Name picking is such a responsibility!

Ignore your mum and don't mention anything until the baby is named then people don't dare make a face!

BTW, love both!

Ruththetooth · 30/12/2012 22:30

We've got an Isaac James so I love it. Noah is lovely too and I'm considering it for our 2nd - just wish it wasn't so popular.

mrsden · 30/12/2012 22:31

Isaac is lovely. Noah is ok, it's very popular at the moment, I know of 4 born in the last year and I don't know that many babies!

justhayley · 30/12/2012 23:27

I have a Noah James Grin he's 8 months. I didn't realise it was popular until he was born, everyone I speak to seems to know one or know someone who's recently had one. It is popular but I love it and get a lot of compliments on it. Isaac is also lovely. I had a toss up between Noah James and Joshua Isaac - in the end we went with Noah as DS just looked more like one.

Snowflakepie · 30/12/2012 23:29

Isaac is on my short list. I know a ton of Noah's. You will probably get all manner of spellings for Isaac which might be less of an issue with Noah but then, I also have an Evie and we've had all sorts on cards etc. So not a reason to change. Isaac would be my choice but both are lovely.

RubyrooUK · 30/12/2012 23:42

I like them both but my son has four friends (2 and under) called Isaac and three called Noah. And there are more at his nursery. So sadly I don't think I can use either for DS2. Love them both though and would happily use them myself if I didn't know lots.

ZenNudist · 30/12/2012 23:45

Love both

Trills · 30/12/2012 23:47

Isaac

FirstPersonPlural · 31/12/2012 00:51

Both are ridiculously popular at the moment, but as long as it doesn't bother you, then I would say Isaac James is a bit nicer of the two.

OComeAllYeFaithBaby · 31/12/2012 14:58

I like both. Am a bit biased because DNephew is Noah! But both nice.

Longdistance · 31/12/2012 15:03

Isaac, Noah is too close to 'no'.

Beaditsback · 31/12/2012 15:14

Isaac without a doubt. It's not ridiculously popular here unlike Noah

BaileyBillyBooBoo · 31/12/2012 15:26

Noah is lovely

Kelerina · 31/12/2012 18:21

Really like both! but if I had to chose.......Isaac!

EmpireBiscuit · 31/12/2012 20:30

Baby Isaac it is then - thanks all.

Off out now to see if I can eat and dance him out.
