boy: Alexander Theo

girl: Scarlett Olivia

Less keen on Scarlett but don't dislike it.

both great 'normal' names dont let any negative comments affect your decsision like i did with my childs name sometimes people can be very unhelpful.uv chosen lovely names any child would be happy to have.

I think Theo Alexander is nicer, but mainly because i don;t know a lot of Theo's and it's a great name !

ATF is the American Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms, which was the first thing I thought of when I saw the initials!

Like Olivia but not a fan of Scarlett, but it flows nicely with Olivia.

Congratulations on your forthcoming event! Regarding your names - My preference would be the same names but in a different order: Theo Alexander and Olivia Scarlett.
