Liliah or Lila

So my two current favourite girls names are:
Liliah Rose
Lila Rose

I love the name Liliah but am worried what it might be shortened to.
I can see it being shortened to Lily or Lil which I like. But do you think it would also be shortened to Liah (Leah) by friends at school etc?

Also like Lila which i don't think would be shortened.

Please give me your opinions :)

I really like Lila...how is Liliah pronounced? Same as Lila or Lil-e-ah?

Was going to ask the same - how do you pronounce Lila/Lilah - as Leela (like Mila) or Lyla (as Myla)?

I really like Lilia - prefer it spelt like this rather than with an h on the end (if that is how you pronounce Liliah).

I would imagine, if shortened, it would more likely be Lily or Lil rather than Lia?

My friend as a Lila (LIE LA) and she is normally just called Lila but sometimes Lie.

Yep Liliah as in Lil-e-a (or Lily with an ah on the end!)

and Lila as in Ly-la

I prefer Lila

Liliah is growing on me actually, very pretty, but maybe there might be issues surrounding pronoucation...personally wouldn't bother me though.
