I like Anoushka, also Anouk which is similar.

Also like Freya a lot.

Not too keen on the others.

Do you have a Russian or Eastern European connection?

YuffieKisaragi · 03/11/2012 14:31

Nope Mrs, they just happen to be the names I like..hadn't realised until I saw them written down they do look somewhat Russian!

I like Sasha best.

Freya is ok.

Not keen on Saskia or Anoushka.

MrClaypole · 03/11/2012 14:45

Only like Sasha out of OP's names I'm afraid.

Love Anouk though!

IHeartKingThistle · 03/11/2012 14:47

Love Saskia.

mrsbugsywugsy · 03/11/2012 15:19

In that case how about

Natasha
Alexandra
Anna
Katerina

I'm Saskia and my DD is Freya, so like those! I don't see them as eastern European or Russian - Freya is Norse and Saskia is Dutch.

Dislike Anoushka and Sasha, which I do regard as more "harsh" eastern European.

manicinsomniac · 03/11/2012 16:34

ooooh, Anoushka. Love it. And I've only ever known one, 16 years ago.

Sasha is nice too. Freya is ok but I'm not that keen and I don't really like Saskia.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 03/11/2012 16:38

Only like Freya.

EdithWeston · 03/11/2012 16:39

Sasha is widely used as a boys name. Are you OK with a boyish unisex name? And I think it's better as nn for Alexandra rather than stand-alone.

I think Saskia is lovely.

Anoushka is OK; not so keen on Freya, but it's a perfectly good name.

Frikadellen · 03/11/2012 18:07

Not keen on Freya but adore all the others beautiful choices.
