RillaBlythe · 22/10/2012 22:06

What she said.

Loobylou222 · 22/10/2012 22:07

Yep, bloke with the wierd hair from xfactor

harbingerofdoom · 22/10/2012 22:07

Sorry, you asked- I like names that begin with 'Rhy'...............

wigglesrock · 22/10/2012 22:08

Ah harbingerofdoom you are so behind the times Grin Tis a Wolfblood name! My 7 year old told me this afternoon that it is her favourite name of all time and that she will make a boy change his name so she can marry someone called Rhydian - feckin' CBBC.

Natnat29 · 22/10/2012 22:08

Reminds me of x factor guy too sorry

eBook · 22/10/2012 22:12

Is it pronounced Ride-ee-un or Ridd-ee-un? (I don't watch X-Factor and haven't heard it before).

Cahoots · 22/10/2012 22:13

Not for me, it sounds like a chemical. Sorry.

Sossiges · 22/10/2012 22:15

I like it (don't watch X-Factor).
Welsh, gay, weird hair - nothing too bad there anyway [shrugs]

Sossiges · 22/10/2012 22:16

Chemicals are lovely!

harbingerofdoom · 22/10/2012 22:23

Gay,jolie, extravagant - who cares- poor chap living in a little village in the Brecon hills. Rugby was the normal way out..and he was good. Their shame..... and it goes for a lot of small places.

Should technically roll the R as with Rhys, so rrrid-ee-an.

AlwaysHoldingOnToStarbug · 23/10/2012 17:24

I like it, but I like Wolfblood and associate the name with that rather than the X Factor singer. I had to embarrass myself by buying his album as my mum wanted it for Christmas. The shame!

SquealyB · 23/10/2012 17:35

If you are Welsh, yes. If you are not, then no.

Not my favourite name but certainly not dreadful. The x-factor association will probably be long gone before the child knows how to say its own name.

Ilovecake1 · 23/10/2012 18:27

I love it, my sons BF is called Rhidian! Pronounced the same tho.

PosieParker · 23/10/2012 18:28

I just hear the X factor voice.

Izziebelly · 23/10/2012 18:46

Love it, especially if you have connections to Wales.
