Hi

Dc3 is going to arrive via section on Tuesday morning next. We already have a girl Heather and a boy Alexander (Alex). A boy is going to be Luke, and I'm looking for advice on our girls list please.

Clara, Celine, Juliet, or Emse. What do you think?

Don't like Juliet or Celine.
Love Clara and Esme.
Good luck for Tuesday.

Bella1982 · 18/10/2012 21:03

Juliet for me, it's very pretty.
Esme is lovely but becoming very popular.
Not so keen on Celine and Clara personally.

Ham69 · 18/10/2012 21:41

How charming being told a name is 'common'. How very ignorant rude.

Fisharefriendsnotfood · 18/10/2012 21:47

Thanks everyone Smile

All are lovely, but Celine and Juliet stand out for me.

AreYouAbleMabel · 19/10/2012 11:36

Esme would be my favourite! Good luck with your decision!

KennethParcell · 19/10/2012 11:37

Juliet (lovely)
Clara (lovely)
Esme (ok)
Celine - don't know. sounds a bit whiney or whingey to me. I prefer Selina.

TodaysAGoodDay · 19/10/2012 11:50

Clara is my personal favourite, followed by Esme.

Fisharefriendsnotfood · 19/10/2012 11:52

I think after talking to dh again it will be either Clara or Juliet.. Thing with Clara is that is was on our list for ds 3 years ago so has lost a bit of its sheen iykwim and I'm afraid of Juliet being a bit of a mouthful Confused

Clara much nicer than Juliet.

Yama · 19/10/2012 12:01

Juliet by a long long way.

Ds would've been Juliet. I love your other children's names too by the way.

ballstoit · 19/10/2012 12:16

Juliet. Love it as a name and can be shortened to Jules which can be cool in her teens.

I know 3 baby Esmes, which would put me off, and just don't really like either Clara or Celine.

Nancy66 · 19/10/2012 13:02

Juliet is just Julie - with a T and she'll be called julie too....don't like it

Celine makes me think of you know who

Clara and Esme are nice though

1805 · 20/10/2012 16:47

Clara.
Connie????

qumquat · 20/10/2012 17:23

I don't think a Juliet will be called Julie these days, jules much more likely, but just as likely it will stay as Juliet. Juliet is lovely and a much stronger sounding name than your others, love it!

baskingseals · 20/10/2012 17:47

oh definitely Juliet

does that mean Juliet is the winner now Grin

Fisharefriendsnotfood · 20/10/2012 17:48

I'll tell you all on Tuesday Grin

qumquat, i agree with you. a friend was telling me that her friend (who I've met) had had her baby and called it Julie. I said 'what? you mean julia?' and she said 'no, meee jooooleeee' and i said was that in a text or did you hear her say it? i thought my friend had got it wrong and that it must be julia or juliet. but no she went for the version popular in her own childhood. different though. but julie is not what people expect for a baby.

ivanapoo · 22/10/2012 08:46

I think my favourite is Celine. Pretty and I think the most unusual.

Fisharefriendsnotfood · 23/10/2012 14:52

The Clara / Juliet battle will have to wait a while Grin
