It was popular 10 years ago. I like it.

Thank you bonnie. I decided last year to call my son Cameron, he was born in may this year and now I know 3 other camerons who could potentially be in his primary school class. His father is Glaswegian and wanted a Scottish name. One of the other local camerons is half Indian/ Pakistan...

I love Cameron.

I don't any under 5, but a few in the 5-10 age range.

Love it Smile

Kamran is a common given name in countries such as Pakistan. It means successful in Urdu, according to Wikipedia.

I do not like the hint of irritation in your post that a Pakistani/Indian family has used a similar name to that which you have given your presumably white son.

I adore this name but David Cameron has temporarily wrecked it for me. Maybe a few years after he's left power the association will have gone.

I know 3 under 5 but I am in Scotland.

I only know one in England, aged 8, but his parents are Scottish.
