I'd go for a middle name ending in -a here. Cannot remotely explain myself, just would! Rita Michaela, Rita Miranda and Rita Magdalena are lovely.

I would not recommend Rita Matilda, it rhymes and may encourage bullying at an early age.

I love Rita and Rita Madeleine is lovely.
Not keen on Madelyn or Madeline spellings however.
