India or Juno.

Surname 3 syllables starting with a M.

I know these names won't be to everyone's taste, but snuggling to think of middle names which work. Both names work really well with DD, so happy there Grin

New views needed please.

Thanks

I think a 1 syllable name is needed with India, so something like

India Rose
India Grace
India Anne
India May
India Brooke
India June/Jean
India Faith
India Niamh
India Skye

IMO a one syllable middle name would be a bit abrupt with Juno, and a longer name would work better

Juno Christina
Juno Annabelle
Juno Beatrice
Juno Olivia
Juno Helena
Juno Abigail
Juno Thalia
Juno Tabitha
Juno Francesca

Hopefully some of those will be to your taste :)

India Rose is lovely and agree re: one sylable

Juno....im not sure. I agree a longer name, but not sure what.

Thank you rezzle and gnocch

I do like India Rose however, Rose I feel has become a bit of a 'filler' name imo.

I did wonder about:

India Kathryn Rose
India Kathryn Mary

India Jane

I really don't like the spelling of Kathryn however it's MIL name so maybe best to keep it the same and Mary is my late mothers mn.

I feel Juno falls into the quirky , so maybe something a bit more classic

Juno Poppy
Juno Violet
Juno Mary
Juno Charlotte
Juno Margaret
Juno Matilda (not sure if this flows)

Hmm

Juno Matilda flows for me as I would say it to the beat of Waltzing Matilda

Walt Zing Ma Til Da
Joo No Ma Til Da

And I would sing it to her all the time Grin

India Skye is nice

Ithinkineedtogrowapair · 24/07/2012 22:46

The minute i saw India Jane I thought "Indiana jones"

< unhelpful >

Do like both names though. Any family names you like? I decided to give my DS his grandfathers names as middle names and my dd versions of her grandmothers' names.

gnocch Grin Joo No Ma Til Da

I like Skye but not sure if it works.

Ithinkineedtogrowapair Margaret, Mary and Kathryn are families names. DD has a family name as her first name. Charlotte was a friend of mine, who sadly died a few years away. I don't like my late mothers name..and the rest of the family names on the female side aren't great.

What about India Iris -twas my mothers favorite flower?

Hohum!

Any other suggestions...pretty please Smile
