Eloise or Beatrice?

After much discussion, DH and I like these two names.

One of us slightly prefers Beatrice and one of us slightly prefers Eloise, but we both like both names enough to use either IYSWIM.

Other names one of us (but not both) likes are: Annabel, Serena, Marianne.

Which would you pick? Any other suggestions?

I like both but would probably pick Beatrice. I don't think Eloise will stand out enough in a class of Ellies, Ellas, and Ellens.

Right, I think we have 11 in favour of Eloise and 4 in favour of Beatrice (maybe 5 if I include sporty as our surname is more like Hall than Wilkinson)

I love both Eloise and Beatrice (both are on my short list for DC4). I think I prefer Eloise, though :)

Eloise! I would love to use the name Eloise if DC2 turns out to be a girl. I have a Dsis called Louise though, so it is too similar.

I'm not keen on Beatrice but like Marianne and Annabel.

Good luck choosing! :)

I prefer Beatrice.

A little family member is called Eloise and mostly everyone calls her Elo-wheezy. All I hear is the 'wheeze' or 'wees' in it now.
