Jack, Margot and ???

We already have a Jack, Margot Elizabeth and am due in 10 weeks with DD2. Finding choosing a name this time so difficult!!! Everything I love is vetoed, everything DH loves I like, but don't like 'enough' IYSWIM?

Currently I think we are considering:

Lucinda
Audrey
Other???

Middle name will be June.

Our surname starts with a 'C' and is fairly 'posh' (not too horsey, just, you know, a bit posh Grin)

Thoughts? Horrible? Alright? Other? Help!! We are so stuck!!

I like Audrey. But my first thought was Pearl!

gallicgirl · 10/07/2012 21:35

gallicgirl · 10/07/2012 21:35

Thank you, baskingseals! I like DD1's name, too Wink

Love Miranda and Marianne, but DH not keen on a second 'M'. Is he persuadable? I don't know... He's being a stubborn bugger on this one!

MagdalenaAlec · 10/07/2012 23:23

Quite like Lucinda, not keen on Audrey (never really liked it, tbh).

Other ideas:
Roxane
Elise
Heloise
Pauline
Anais
Anouk
Alice
Leonie
Violet, Violette
Eugenie
Josephine
Clementine
Gabrielle
Judith
Estelle
Zoe

Lucile
Lucie

I know 4 sibsets: Jack and Violet, Margot and Lucile, Margaux and Roxane, Elise and Margaux.
Good luck with finding your perfect name!

LadyofWinterfell · 10/07/2012 23:27

Verity or Claudia? I really like Coralie, do you like Cora as this is what she'll be called no doubt!

AnnaNimitty · 11/07/2012 10:05

So many nice names, why choose Audrey - reminds me of Audrey Roberts
out of Corrie rather than Audrey Hepburn - good luck!

Indith · 11/07/2012 10:11

I like Audrey :)

I've got a Margaret and had ds2 been a girl he would have been Miriam.

Alice?

You have these 2 really lovely strong names with consonants at the end, I can't see anything twinkly girly holly, molly etc going with them.

rainbow2000 · 11/07/2012 10:46

I think Dulcie,Freya and Olivia go well with your previous names.

Pasiphae · 11/07/2012 13:16

Audrey is fab!

Nancy, Vivien, Cora, Coraline, Celeste, Cecily/Cicely, Arianna, Ariella, Clementine, Dorothy, Elinor, Isolde/Isolda/Isild, Iris, Genevieve, Ginevra, Honnor, Hester, Xanthe, Cordelia, Verity, Prudence?

ChocolateIsAFoodGroup · 11/07/2012 23:38

Thank you so much for all your suggestions! Some on here that I love but have sadly been vetoed (Cecily, Isolde-etc, Xanthe and Cordelia) - other great ideas to run by DH: Verity in particular is fab!
