For a girl it sounds too Scream film-ish.
For a boy it reminds me of the horrible kid from Toy Story.

I know of two girls called Sydney. Both born in 2000 the year Sydney hosted the olympics. Not a good reason for choosing a name. Will there be lots of little 'Londons'?
OK for a boy but not for a girl.
