Uhm..sorry but no! I knew a Sacha. Could you not use Sachie as an abbreviation of another name?

SkipTheLightFanjango · 30/06/2012 00:53

Sloobreeus · 30/06/2012 00:57

Not my cup of tea

lisaro · 30/06/2012 02:02

Is it even a name?

EmpressOfTheSevenOceans · 30/06/2012 02:53

The web says it's either a variant of Sacheverell meaning 'roebuck leap' or a Japanese girl's name pronounced Sah chee EH, meaning 'auspicious blessing'.

ToxicMoxie · 30/06/2012 03:03

is it short for Satchmo? It makes me think of satchel.

TouTou · 30/06/2012 03:46

Please tell me there's a backstory to this name. If you tell me it's ancient Scottish, I'll be ok with it. (I don't know why, but that makes a massive difference). But if its made up, then, just...no.

LurkingAndLearningForNow · 30/06/2012 03:56

No. Very similar to our bearded dragon's name.

MakeTeaNotWar · 30/06/2012 04:08

I've got a female Japanese friend called this

HugeFurryWishingStool · 30/06/2012 05:50

Sachet. People will mishear and mispronounce it all the time. Sorry.

shoobidoo · 30/06/2012 07:16

Name him Sasha and shorten to Sash or Sashie.

VolAuVent · 30/06/2012 09:28

Sachet

NannyR · 30/06/2012 09:36

Change one letter and you have a great boys name - Sachin.

Viviennemary · 30/06/2012 13:31
