Noah, Jacob, Arlo or Sol??

We have to register our little man today - last minute as ever! These are the options, I wonder what people think...?

Jacob Francis
Arlo Francis
Sol Francis

All thoughts very very welcome! We know that Jacob and Noah are v popular, but we like them both very much.

Think this might be better in baby names. And surely you've been calling him something for the last 6 weeks?? I'd go with whichever one you've used most.

I like Noah and Arlo best!

Noah was my fave fave name but sounded awful with surname so we went with Jacob, so I vote either of those

1. Arlo
2. Jacob
3. Noah
4. Sol

I like them all but, thinking about it, I'd probably rather be a Noah or a Jacob than an Arlo or a Sol in the long run. Arlo is a bit too trendy for me and Sol reminds me of Sol Campbell. I like Biblical names as, while they go in and out of fashion, they've got a long pedigree and most people are familiar with how to say and spell them. (I'm a conventional sort.)

Francis is great too - worth considering for a first name!

Noah. Jacob is way too popular, Arlo is the evil vampire from Twilight, and Sol is a delicious Mexican beer. Noah.

Jacob is the best. Don't like Noah at all. It's a faddy name.

Arlo is on my list :D
