It's a lovely name. I would use the simple name though, Ophelia Rose.

I have a very long "classical" first name and a very simple middle name. I am pleased the middle name is simple - May. I think Ophelia May would be nice too. Oh, actually not Ophelia Rose if your surname begins with a B. O.R.B - not good.
