Adding a middle name by deed poll

I would like to give my DC a middle name
Can anyone recommend a deed poll service?
There are so many out there and not sure which is the safest and best one to
go with

Just go straight to the deed poll. It's £33 for an amendment.

It's relatively simple, no need to pay extra for someone else to do it.

I had a look at this one but i could not find prices for the actual document on the website

There is nothing to choose between them. I used to run a deed poll website myself. It's just all the same document there is no "official" site so just go with the cheapest.
