Due in nine weeks. Have Ted nn for Edward for a boy. But I think it might be a girl...and we can't agree/come up with any girls names!
I like Essie,nn for Esther. DH likes Kathleen, I don't really like it. Kate is quite popular.
Sigh...I'm tired and bored of trying to think of a name!
What do you think of Bea? Although DH doesn't really like it either.....groan!
Someone just name the baby for me! Grin

Sasha?
Um.....

I like Bea. Are you a fan of the Royals? Betsy nn for Elizabeth would work for a baby born this year :-)

My favorite girls names which DH vetoed when I was expecting DD last year, Louisa and Lorellei. If you have any Welsh connections, I also love Elin and Carys, but I think they are too obviously Welsh to be use if you're not IYSWIM.

Love Esther! Beatrice is also nice.

Bethan, nn Bea.

Job done!

AllRiseForHerVaj · 03/06/2012 09:02

I like Bea nn for Beatrice or Beatrix. I also know an Elizabeth who is Bea.

Kathleen is quite retro, but I like.

Esther is gorgeous. Essie just makes me think of the nail varnish, though.

Overall, my vote goes for Bea

I have a Ted, it's a fab name, so just concentrate hard on having a boy. job done Grin

Elizabeth - so many nice nicknames come out of Elizabeth. Lizzie, Liza, Libbie, Beth etc.

AnathemaDevice · 03/06/2012 20:57

How about Kitty as a nickname for Kathleen, rather than Kate?

woopsidaisy · 04/06/2012 08:55

Thanks for the suggestions Ladies!
DH is not keen on Bea, or Lizzie or Libbie.

I may have to kill DH. Grin

I do like Kitty though...

Yesterday we decided/agreed on the following...

Moe-nn for Margaret
Betsy/Betty-nn for Elizabeth
Kathleen is still in the mix too so will suggest Kitty.

Thanks!
