Ever heard of it? Cousin's dd has had baby, but just says Rinelle, is it a boy or girl do we think?

Would guess that it's a girls' name but I have never heard of it.

I'd assume it's a girls name, not heard of it though.

I'd say girl. Never heard of it but actually rather like it! Quick look online reveals it's a French name.
