It's nice but I'd spell it Yvette.

PrisonerOfWaugh · 25/05/2012 20:59

I've only ever seen it spelt Yvette

S'ok, not a name I'd choose but nice enough.

AThingInYourLife · 25/05/2012 21:00

Evette sounds made up.

RickGhastley · 25/05/2012 21:10

imogen much nicer IMHO! Do you like that?

How about another -ette name?

PercyFilth · 25/05/2012 21:10

Evette used to be a cheap brand of make-up, in Woolworths methinks.

QueenEdith · 25/05/2012 21:12

Twas make up indeed!

I'd go for Yvette.

salt1 · 25/05/2012 21:18

I don't really like Imogen, it's a bit drippy.

AnnaFender · 25/05/2012 21:49

There is an Yvette in DD's class, it really stands out as unusual in a reception year full of Evies, Edies, Kittys and Mollys, in a good way! Although, wouldn't be my choice, I like the unusual without being unheard of vibe.

QueenEdith · 25/05/2012 21:55
. It was one of the biggest sellers in the 1970s.
Fireandashes · 25/05/2012 21:56

I much prefer Imogen.

Springforward · 25/05/2012 22:07
