These are the names I'm thinking of for my first child:-

For a girl: Leigh or Ivy
For a boy: Eli or Noah

These are my initial thoughts. What do you think?

Ivy and Noah are lovely. Not a huge fan of Leigh. Eli - Elijah is better, with Eli for short.

Leigh and Eli are both kind of unisex. Although you'd usually see the Lee spelling for a boy.

MamaLazarou · 25/05/2012 19:50

I really love Leigh for a girl. I haven't met a baby Leigh for thirty years or more!

I prefer Eli to Noah. Noah is just too Bible-y.

Ivy and Noah by a million miles for me, don't like either of the other two.

Stellan · 25/05/2012 21:50

I don't get Leigh/Lee - it seems like half a name to me.

Ivy and Eli are nice although not my personal style but I really like Noah.

How about Leah? I knew a very trendy sassy Leah Smile

StepOutOfSpring · 26/05/2012 16:27

Ivy and Eli.

Ivy and Eli.

Noah is horrid and common. Leigh is awful.

ChippingInNeedsCoffee · 26/05/2012 18:08

Sorry, not keen on any of them :(

AWomanCalledHorse · 26/05/2012 18:12

I'm not keen on any of them, sorry.
At a push Noah is my favourite.

I know 2 female Leighs & they dislike it. Both use their middle names.
