I prefer Alexander but both are nice names.

BikeRunSki · 16/05/2012 08:53

Ooooh, either, but I think I just prefer Alexander.

Sam and Alex. Yes. Like that. I also have a Samuel.

ripsishere · 16/05/2012 08:57

Both are nice, I prefer Alex but would put foreward for your consideration, Duncan Grin
Alexander is a great name though. It is a tough shout.

LittlePandaBear · 16/05/2012 09:14

I much prefer Alexander!

PacketOfBiscuits · 16/05/2012 09:30

Both nice! I'd pick Aidan (with this spelling).

Popoozle · 16/05/2012 09:35

Personally, I'm not keen on Aiden/Aidan (it reminds me of the Jayden, Kaiden type names I don't like). Alexander is nice though, and I agree that it goes well with Samuel.

Positiveplus · 16/05/2012 11:40

As a name I prefer Aidan but I think Alexander sounds better with Samuel - Sam and Alex, lovely!

Stellan · 16/05/2012 11:48

I completely agree with Popoozle.

suburbandream · 16/05/2012 11:51

Bear in mind that Alexander will get shortened to Alex before long, which is v.popular. however, it can also be shortened to Zander which I love or Sandy which is cute. I love all three of your names, but personally I'd switch it and have Robert Alexander Smile

Kittycatcat · 16/05/2012 11:54

Oh i like the Sandy abbrev, and i love Alex too, wont stand for Al tho :)

And good point Positiveplus
