I would go with Henry on the birth certificate, an then you have options. Would never actually call a child Harry, but that's just my thing. It is alovely nn though.

Harvey is - I'm sorry to all Mums of Harveys - awful, and this has nothing to do with Katie Price.

Another vote for Henry. There are a million Harry's and Harvey just not that great..

Henry is becoming Harvey-esque given the ones I've met recently.

I like Harvey. Harry is too common and Henry is getting that way.

Henry. No question. I too don't like nicknames as given names (prefer "John" to "Jack") and the Harvey thumbs-down has already been well-argued. I have a Henry myself and would never have considered the other 2 options.
