For a girl? Hmmm.

Bloody stupid name...but it would of been a lot worse..like Bronx!!!

squoosh · 03/05/2012 16:32

It's a bit rubbish, why two boy names?

But yes, her sister certainly trumped her with Bronx Mowgli!!!!!

(shuffles off to feel shameful about her knowledge of celeb babies)

Rachelbow · 03/05/2012 16:51

silly its a boys name!! if it was a boy i heard she wanted susan lol

DottieRose · 04/05/2012 20:33

I think Jessica Simpson is after naming her baby girl maxwell

winkle2 · 05/05/2012 10:33

Why give it two masculine names?!

VickyandAlistair · 05/05/2012 13:01

It is stupid, she could have waiting until she had a ds before using Maxwell. Maxine Andrea would have been much nicer. Still, I guess Maxie is a cute nn for a girl Confused

winkle2 · 05/05/2012 15:47

I hope she uses the nn Maxie :)

tammytoby · 05/05/2012 19:57

Yes, Jessica Simpson did indeed name her daughter Maxwell Drew. I find Drew alright for a girl - quite common in the US I think. But Maxwell is a little unusual. Yes, Maxie is the best nickname imo.

Cuddler · 06/05/2012 17:45

I read its her maiden name and drew is her dhs mothers maiden name or something like that, its ok,it could be worse!

amothersplaceisinthewrong · 06/05/2012 17:47

Drew OK for a girl, though I would not chose .

Maxwell is a boys name fair and square.

TidyDancer · 06/05/2012 18:31

Maxwell is her fiance's middle name, the Drew part is a family name as well I think.

Both awful girl names imo.

TidyDancer · 06/05/2012 18:31

But yes, let's face it, the Simpson girls are just crap at naming babies!

BBQJuly · 06/05/2012 19:18

Maxwell + 1-syllable too much like Maxwell House coffee.

NenNen · 06/05/2012 19:24

My son is called Maxwell.......

winkle2 · 06/05/2012 19:46

Nen I like the name just not for a girl!

EdithWeston · 06/05/2012 19:48

They are both boys names in UK.

How about Maxine Drusilla?

Sophiesmummie · 06/05/2012 22:11

Where is she growing up?
