Opinions on Anthea?

I like the meaning, literary references and the fact that it could be seen as an anagram of Athena, an excellent role model! What are your opinions on Anthea? What type of job would you expect an Anthea to have, that sort of thing?

Athena is lovely.

Anthea not so much.

I was going to mention Althea but thought it was such a dim & distant 70's memory people wouldn't be interested in it now...it is pretty, though!

Prefer Cynthia (but not Cindy).

Althia and Donna :) they were on the telly the other night ....

Hmmm, Anthea. Somehow, for me, the name Anthea conjures up someone a bit up themselves, a person who always looks like there's a bad smell under her nose, know what I mean? Don't know where that comes from, but it predates Redfern & Turner who never occupied much of my attention.
