Ds2 is due tomorrow and just trying to put together a short list of names! We have so far come up with the grand total of 2 names, one of which is Jasper. Do you have a Jasper or know a Jasper and what do you call him for a nickname?

I know it is inevitable that names are shortened although I'm not sure that we would ourselves just want to see what the options are!

I know a Jasper who usually goes by "Jaz".

My grandfather was a Jasper and everyone called him Jack.

Our ds (28 weeks pregnant at the moment) is going to be called Jasper. To be honest it's not that long so don't know why it needs shortening.

Fab well its good to know there is nothing there that I'm massively opposed to as a nickname!

florin good choice! Our ds1 has a name that I really didn't think you could shorten but people find a way! Just wanted to check what the options would be but Jasper is a lovely name on its own.
