So, it's early days (10weeks) but I'm already flicking through baby name books. We have a Heather and an Alexander nn Alex. We are not going to find out the sex.

Girls names I like are
Clara
Maeve
Hazel

And have absolutely NO ideas for a boy. Our surname starts with a P and has two syllables. Any and all thoughts welcome

I know siblings Clara and Quentin.

Also love Adam and Dominic.

My aunt has a donkey called Dominic so that's out Grin

I also like Annabel for a girl, but worry about the baby Annabel thing..

Annable is lovely :) There's nothing wrong with baby Annabel, it's just a doll, not some negative connotation you'd want to avoid. And she won't be a baby for the majority of her life.

DoubleGlazing · 05/04/2012 09:00

Annabel not Annable

Fisharefriendsnotfood · 05/04/2012 17:11

That's true, and I do love it.

Really struggling with boys names, was the same last time and didn't even really like Alexander but was the best of the bunch iyswim. Boys names I like bit can't use for one reason or another

Robert
Adam
Oscar
Matthew
Seth

Possible contenders but dh not keen are

Aiden
Nicholas
Luke
