Sister would be Iris, but I've just realised when you say them together the is/ice ending is pronounced the same. Are they too similar do you think? If so what do you think is a good alternative? I loved Juniper but DP having none of it!
Also middle name starts with a J so initial would be B J surname, is that a bit cruel for a girl?! All thoughts appreciated.
