I don't like it, especially the short forms Zac/Zak - sounds so harsh and unfinished.

I love the full name, but I also quite like Zak for a nickname too.

Love it, Rachel I know what you mean but no-one ever says that about Jack, a very similar name. Also think you could soften the shortened version with an 'h' to Zach.

I quite like Zachary or Zacharias but dislike Zac - it sounds like Sack.

I've got one so I love it :) he's Zach for short. I like the fact that there's only one nn unlike something like William, so he won't end up being called something I don't like! My name has more than one nn and some people just don't understand that I hate being called by one of them...

Zachary I'd gaining in popularity, I have an 8yo Zachary and there were non around as far as the eye could see back then, now at toddler group with my 15mo the name keeps popping up.
