Still having trouble deciding

Hi,

DH and I have been to and fro a million times over the last few months on a name for our little girl - due in May. I would like opinions, they may or may not swing with DH but our shortlist is:-

Ciara Janet
Emilia Janet
Erin Janet
Seren Janet

I put them alphabetically as I don't want to influence on my preference. Middle name non-negotiable as it is a family name.

My order would be

Seren
Erin
Emilia
Ciara

All very nice names though!

I would put them in the following order of preference:

Clara Janet - love love this
Seren Janet
Erin Janet
Emilia Janet (think Emilia/Amelia is really over-used at the moment and although it is pretty, I have gone off it as I hear it so often)

Janet is a lovely choice for a middle name, by the way

I love Seren. Not keen on the others. Erin is the worst but I'm biased as I went to school with one and she was school bully.

I think it's Ciara and not Clara. I like all of them except Ciara I think Prefer Clara actually

Order of preference:

Erin Janet
Seren Janet
Emilia Janet.

Also love Clara , but not so keen on Ciara.

Emilia

Don't like Ciara, but really like Clara which I would put second.

Erin is my favourite but depends on her surname - does it begin with any of E,C or S and how many syllables? With a shorter surname I'd probably go for Emilia

LadyClariceCannockMonty - Seren is pronounced a bit like Erin with an S (i.e. not like the word 'serene' or the name Serena).

Nice. I still like Emilia the best though.
