Love it

and I only know 1 so not too popular

CheerfulYank · 21/02/2012 19:43

I like it. It's pretty popular here in the US...well, I guess I don't know any, but know of quite a few IYKWIM. After the Biblical names like Noah and Isaiah got too popular, people have been going farther, i.e. Asa, Ezra, Asher.

Asher D of so solid crew springs to mind, I've always liked the name myself :)

'Tis my beautiful grandson's name Smile

I love it, but could not use it since German rellies and know they will link the name with Arsch (bum). But if you don't have that issue, go for it. One of Joseph's bros if that bothers you.

Love it. It would most likely have been the middle name, had either of my dds been a ds (they are 17 and 15 now). It's Hebrew and means 'fortunate/blessed' so really lovely for that too.

Well I've learnt something. I thought it was an abbreviation for Ashley. Does make me think rapper (Asher D probably).
