Friend of friend just had a DD called this and neither of us can work it out.

well it certainly would not be Elle e anna, as an I is never pronounced as an E in any language I know.

I would say it as Ill - ee - arna although it could be anna rather than arna.

It's a variant of Helen I think. I know a Mexican lady with this name. There's also a Romanian princess Ileana, which is pronounced the same way.

Illy Arna or Illy Anna would be my guesses.

the Illianna I know pronounces it Illie Arnah (long last sound) I love it as a name.
