What if she has a lisp?

So my current favourite girls name is Rose. However, our surname is very similiar to Simmons, would you go for it, or is it too many S's? We want something pretty and fairly timeless, having chosen a rather 'on-trend' name first time around. Our other favourites are Charlotte and Imogen. What do you think? Or any other suggestions? Thanks MNs :)

Think charlotte and Imogen are lovely names but not with that surname, just too much of a mouthful, lisp or not ! Rose is much better, think you need a short first name, what about Isla or Eve ?

My dd has a lisp and lots of S sounds in her name - it just sounds very cute when she says it!

Rose is a lovely name - very timeless. Go for it...
