Any opinions?

Possibly Cherry Isobel, or Cherry Amelie.

Really unsure if it could be used as a name, but do love the idea!

Cherry is horrible.

Isobel and Amelie are both nice though, why not Cherry as a middle name?

Heswall · 04/02/2012 22:50

Cherry Baaaaaaaby

I wouldn't, it's right up there with Apple IMO

BabyDubsEverywhere · 04/02/2012 23:02

I knew a girl called Cherry when i was growing up, i thought it was a lovely name when we were kids.....her mom was quite young when she had her and told me she named her Cherry as she was concieved when she ''Popped her cherry''.....went off it abit after that, but that may be a region specific thing and not really apply to you?

oldqueenie · 04/02/2012 23:06

i know an adult cherry.... she's lovely. As long as it goes with your surname you should go for it if YOU like it.

PopcornBiscuit · 04/02/2012 23:14

OK as nickname for Cheryl.

TheDetective · 04/02/2012 23:15

No StrandedBear but will go off to find the thread now!!

I do love it, but its one of those names that I like, but could I ever use it?!

I have a long list of names that I love, but might need balls to use!!

Just to clarify - its Cherry like the fruit, not like Sherry. Not sure if anyone was confused?

Horrendous!

nooka · 05/02/2012 06:03

I don't think that this would be a fun name to have in your teens at all. I can just imagine what endless fun could be had by all with many variations on 'popping Cherry'. Really I think it would be very unkind.

JimbosJetSet · 05/02/2012 07:02

How about Cherie? Sounds less pornstar...

mathanxiety · 05/02/2012 07:06

Love it, and love Cerise too.

philmassive · 05/02/2012 07:07

It's lovely but it's a friend's dog's name and for that reason I just can't see it for a baby - sorry Sad

BroomForMyChin · 05/02/2012 07:07

It sounds like the name of a character in a low budget porn film.

kreecherlivesupstairs · 05/02/2012 07:11

Porny dog star or dog porn star. Horrid.

TidyDancer · 05/02/2012 20:14

See, I really really love this name, and I would love to use it, but I just don't think I could bring myself to do it.
