I think you can have most names with Primrose (which is really pretty middle name).
I think it depends on the length of your surname.
Charlotte Primrose Rees is lovely
But Charlotte Primrose Morpurgo won't fit on many forms.

I don't have anything to add but, just wanted to say great choice, we are using Primrose as a middle name as well :)
