I love it. But then, I am biased. Grin

CheerfulYank · 17/01/2012 19:10

I really like it. :)

Bluestocking · 17/01/2012 19:32

I like it too.

JestersHat · 17/01/2012 20:05

Williams or Atkinson. And a bit too unisex, sorry.

BuntyPenfold · 17/01/2012 20:07

Very girly.

meditrina · 17/01/2012 20:08

I think it's lovely.

I tend to think of it as a boys name first, but it seems genuinely unisex.

tiredteddy · 17/01/2012 20:11

I know one under 1 and he is very cute, it suits him!

HappyAsASandboy · 17/01/2012 20:12

I think it's lovely. My first thought is that it's a girls name, but that's because I know a female Rowan.

It is equally lovely for a boy Smile

OriginalJamie · 17/01/2012 20:13

I like it

redrubyshoes · 17/01/2012 20:16

I know three Rowans, two female, one male.

BuntyPenfold · 17/01/2012 20:18

I know six, all female.

marshmallowpies · 17/01/2012 20:37

Love it! My favourite tree, I think it's a great name for a boy.

BustersOfDoom · 17/01/2012 20:55

It's a lovely name. I know a boy and girl called Rowan.

TrofastTroslow · 17/01/2012 22:37

I know two, both boys. I like it.

FessaEst · 17/01/2012 22:45

Love it. We considered it when I was pg with dd1 but dh felt it was only a boy's name, I liked it for either.

Fo0ffyShmo0ffer · 17/01/2012 22:51

I love it.
I know a boy with that name.
He is wearing Stig pyjamas and sleeping in the next room. Grin

VeronicaSpeedwell · 17/01/2012 23:00

I really like it, and I would always think boy first. I like unisex names anway.

culturevulture · 17/01/2012 23:03

I love it

I know 3 male and 2 female Rowans

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 18/01/2012 22:25

Love it for a boy. DD2 would have been Rowan Asher had she been ds. Don't like it for a girl.

RiaOverTheRainbow · 19/01/2012 14:07

Lovely name. One thing - do you pronounce 'row' to rhyme with cow or doe? It seems to vary regionally, would you mind people getting it wrong?

makinglemonade · 19/01/2012 14:54

I like it, never heard it as a girls name but always liked it for a boy.

carrotsandcelery · 19/01/2012 14:56

Really lovely name for a boy or girl.

PamBeesly · 19/01/2012 15:18

Its beautiful

Gillybobs · 19/01/2012 15:33

Beautiful name but I think becoming more and more popular for a girl of late

AlmaMartyr · 19/01/2012 15:34

Beautiful name, love it for both a boy and a girl but slightly prefer it for a boy though.
