I like it.

TimeWasting · 16/01/2012 14:11

Brother named Mario and Sonic?

BarryShitpeas · 16/01/2012 14:13

Malory Towers

Sausagesarenottheonlyfruit · 16/01/2012 14:16

Love it, my DH vetoed it for DD as we're both fans of the games.

MamaLazarou · 16/01/2012 14:40

Wasn't it Zerelda in Mallory Towers?

For me, Zelda will always be the hideous one from terrahawks.

Bonsoir · 16/01/2012 14:54

Zelda Fitzgerald

crocodilesmiles · 16/01/2012 14:59

Reminds me of Sabrina the Teenage Witch, as she had an Aunt Zelda. I believe Robin Williams has a daughter called Zelda.

Kayano · 16/01/2012 16:29

Zelda is a great name

Legend of...
Zelda Fitzgerald
Zelda Williams advertising Legend of... Lol

MakkaPakkasWilly · 16/01/2012 17:02

I know a zelda who is a right royal bitch. If it wasn't for her, I'd like it.

IndigoBell · 16/01/2012 17:08

Noooooo.

Zelda from thunderbirds or terrahawks or something.

She was the baddy.......

NettoHoHoHoSuperstar · 16/01/2012 17:09

No, just no.

kreecherlivesupstairs · 16/01/2012 17:25

Why would you when there are nicer names, much much much nicer?

nancerama · 16/01/2012 17:33

Definitely if she has pointed ears.

guinealady · 16/01/2012 19:03

Zelda Fitzgerald is the only person I think of - I don't play computer games!

Zelda did have a rather tragic life but she always comes across as being very captivating and fascinating, so the name definitely conveys the sense to me of someone enigmatic and fascinating.

lisianthus · 17/01/2012 08:25

Just never let her near an ocarina.

Seriously, the Zelda game is one of the best selling of all time. It's not going to be something that goes away with time. It is unfortunately like naming a boy Kermit (whichis otherwise a fine old Irish name).

minceorotherwise · 17/01/2012 08:31

Oooh nooooooo

JestersHat · 17/01/2012 09:42

A fortune-teller's name.

TheSurgeonsMate · 17/01/2012 09:47

I had no idea that Kermit was a fine old Irish name! I'd be happy with Zelda, but I agree that the games aren't going anywhere in a hurry.

dontcallmedeliah · 17/01/2012 16:24

you could always use Griselda with Zelda as a nn.

Jakeyesqwellthisisnew · 18/01/2012 12:08

Sorry 'Legends of..' have taken it.

What about Zella?
Or maybe Zilla?

keely027 · 18/01/2012 12:16

PoppadumPreach · 18/01/2012 12:17
