Like or weird?

Are you in the UK? Noah was the eleventh most popular name for boys born in 2011. So not weird at all!

Yes in London, I like it but everybody we've said it to thinks its weird!

There are quite a few! No more weird than any other Biblical name (and a lot less of a mouthful than some you could choose!). I first came across it as the name of the actor who played Dr. Carter in ER, Noah Wylie, which gave a positive impression!

I know three or four. It's not a name I particularly like, but it's a perfectly good choice.

It's OK, a bit moany sounding though. It's a bit "we were trying to think of an unusual Biblical name" but by now it has become more fashionable (or faddy depending which way you see it!)

I have an eight year old Noah! I didn't know any when I named him but now there seem to be loads about - and olde than him too so I obviously didn't get out much! I have one year 7 class (am teacher) with TWO Noahs - but don't teach any other Noahs so that must be a statistical blip LOL
